Delivery is fully tracked, and delivery notifications are sent via SMS, emails are also provided by the carrier. The courier will attempt to deliver the order to the given address twice. If they don’t succeed, the package will be returned to our online warehouse. A courier can deliver your package between 8am and 8pm.

No delivery services are available on bank holidays. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Shipping to underserviced areas may require longer delivery times.

Important!

During the times of sales and promotions we receive an increased number of orders which may caused delivery times to be extended. When sales and promotions are underway, the ‘pick-up in store’ option is also unavailable. The actual delivery time, cost and available delivery options are visible when placing an order (during checkout).

Free Delivery

During the times of sales and promotions various delivery options are offered at no cost. Information about such promotions is displayed on the main page and during checkout. In such cases, you will not be charged for delivery, no matter the sum of your order.
